Where Do I Begin?

Where Do I Begin?

I am in ruin,
where do I begin?

Nothing is true
not even you
for you
are conditional
surealism view
lies
to fool a few
who knew
better
but were fools
to dreams
youths
who flew
in a cage
crafted with glue
that monsters could undo
with
addictive
compulsive
untruths.

You see me JB
don't test me...
I am your authority.
I rule
you are my mule...
I am the authority.
you better not answer
back,
stay silent
I will cut you to size.
You think you're bad
you are not my god
today you will learn
or burn!
the wife gone
mad
children gone
bad
but I ain't mad
I glad
Now....
I am the authority.

Julie Mango

Julie Mango

You have to wait
until I give you a taste
of my sweet secrets.
One then another
then you will see
there is more to me
than just this tree.
My nectar will delight.

I am lush
a hypnotic sight!
Coveted
for my fiery ball -
and deadly.
Take one bite
you won't be sorry.
Come closer
take a look
smell,
come closer
you will be hooked!

The Cornerstone

The Cornerstone

I will make you sit
to see above your head
I will make you kneel
to properly cleanse
I will make you squat
to balance what is on your head
I will make you stand
to see many a horizon
I will make you stretch
to reveal what is hidden
I will make you leap
to grow and touch the sky
I will make you rest
after having passed the many tests
I will be your fortress
so you can shelter from the storms
I will build you up
you will never be destroyed.
